Element Edmonton West Hotel, Edmonton

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms, and the staff exceeded my expectations with their friendliness and helpfulness. However, the cleanliness of some areas could be improved. The hotel's location is very convenient, with ample parking available, but could do with a bit more maintenance in certain aspects.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and modern with extremely comfortable beds and a convenient kitchenette. Having filtered water available in the room was a nice touch, but being very near the road occasionally led to some noise disruptions. The service provided by the friendly professional staff, including amenities like dry cleaning and tours/ticket assistance, was excellent. The location was so convenient, close to the WEM and in a bustling shopping area. The ventilation system could have been better to improve the overall experience. The dining options, although limited, were satisfactory with friendly staff. Overall, a great stay with a few minor inconveniences.

The corner room overlooking the main road was lovely. The hotel is top-notch in terms of cleanliness and modern design. The only downside was that the room made me slightly chilly due to the ventilation.
